I am a creative person who has more projects than time to do them. I am married to a real gentleman. He always opens all doors for me and supports me in all I choose to do. I currently am not working though I've worked in the public schools as a speech therapist for five years. I love to read, paint, sew, cook and scrapbook. I'd like to learn how to digitally scrapbook but am not ambitious enough to figure it out on my own. I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and love to share my beliefs with anyone. Thanks for getting to know a little bit about ME!!
It was just over a month ago...I think one month and one week ago that we planted our little garden. And it is growing "like a weed" except that it is not a weed. You can see that we even have little baby tomatoes starting.
SM will come home from work, change out of his suit and go out to talk to the garden. He also encourages growth in certain directions by placing the vines or leaves in certain areas. In the above picture he is working on the cucumber plant.
One of the pepper plants also has a small pepper growing.
When my father-in-law cuts the grass, he lays it down in the garden to prevent weeds from coming up between the plants. It also makes it easy for SM to walk around in his bare feet in the garden.
I love all the pictures! It is SO KIND of you to serve your brother by pulling his weeds! Wish I lived closer to you - I'd invite you over for a weed pulling party in my garden! :)
