Last Saturday I learned how to make sushi...and so all week I've been waiting for my avocado to ripen so that I could make my own sushi. And this afternoon I made sushi for lunch. And it turned out well. And very yummy!
I put in the sushi, avocado, cucumbers and fake crab meat!

Omigosh - I love you! Okay, I love sushi and love that you can make it and that you like it! I have Trevor take me to sushi for "special occasions." I'd love to try it some day.
