I am a creative person who has more projects than time to do them. I am married to a real gentleman. He always opens all doors for me and supports me in all I choose to do. I currently am not working though I've worked in the public schools as a speech therapist for five years. I love to read, paint, sew, cook and scrapbook. I'd like to learn how to digitally scrapbook but am not ambitious enough to figure it out on my own. I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and love to share my beliefs with anyone. Thanks for getting to know a little bit about ME!!
Christmas morning was a lazy morning. We all slept in, showered, ate breakfast and finally got around to opening presents. (It was 10 am when that started). The above picture is of SM's mom and his youngest brothers' girlfriend.
SM loves opening presents which makes it fun to give him presents.
My niece's family came over as we were opening gifts. I just had to throw this picture in and show everyone the "baby" that she received for Christmas.
And there's a crazy picture of me opening one of my presents. I can tell from the label that it is a present that I bought for myself, wrapped for myself and wrote the tag "to" and "from" myself. Ahhh, the perfect Christmas present.
And the hoodie that SM is wearing is the present that he bought for himself, wrapped for himself and gave to himself. I know we don't always follow tradition with gift giving and receiving, but we love getting just what we wanted!!
My dad, although he was an amazing man, forgot about getting my mom a Christmas present until the last minute (it was their first Christmas back in 1968) So he headed down to the only store open on Christmas Eve - the gas station. On Christmas morning my mom excitedly tore into her gift from him only to discover a roll of tape, some rubber gloves, a piece of candy and a couple of other odd items. My mom wasn't very happy about the obviously "emergency" gift. After that she always gave herself a gift at Christmas. To Mom. . . From Mom. I think it's a great idea! Especially if you both do it for yourself. Looks as if you had a great holiday. :)
Jeremy's sweatshirt sure looks like Cougar Blue. I knew he was a closet Y fan (Regardless, it looks good so long as its kept well away from the color maize. Boo Michigan. Go Buckeyes!) (Guess which part Jon wrote.)
You are clearly mistaken, for Aggie blue has always been a royal, manly color, whereas the Cougars had always used that pansy, baby (sky?) blue, until they realized that it was too revealing of their true nature. They then tried to darken the color in order to associate themselves with a real university, one that had always used such a wonderful shade of AGGIE blue.
p.s. That sweatshirt was my second choice, but my first choice, which stated "Win or Lose, you'll still live in Provo . . . 'nuff said" was out of stock.

Pretty Mahana,

(guess which part Jeremy wrote - ALL OF IT!)
