My home

Someone mentioned that I hadn't put any pictures of my house up on the blog.  I  know I've taken pictures to do so but  it was before everything was in place...so I took some more photos and I'm finally getting them posted.  The above photo is of the dining room.  This is where I spend the majority of my time.  I have two laptops set up and spend (or waste) a lot of time here.  Luckily, I have two large windows to stare out and I enjoy watching our very     calm and quiet neighborhood.

Here is the living room.  I love the way SM has put up the photos and on the right hand wall, he hung all those pictures with only four nails/holes in the wall.  (Because the rental agreement doesn't allow us to put new holes in the wall).  Anyway, SM used fishing line to hang the extra pictures on the wall.  I've got a brilliant husband!
And here's the kitchen.  The shelves are so tall that I have a step stool to get to all my cabinets.  I really like working in this kitchen!

Here is the other part of the kitchen...the computer desk.  SM does a lot of his work from this corner of the kitchen.
Back to the living room, here's the view of the front of the house.

Here are some of SM's books on the landing on the way up to the upstairs, or down to the downstairs.  We originally had them in the library but the library is now the baby's room so a lot of the books are scattered all over the house.  And I love it that way.  They make the house a home...books in every room.

Here's the master bedroom!
And the master bathroom....

The baby's room!

And the chair and my books in the baby's room.

The guest room.

One of the bathrooms.  There are a total of two full bathrooms and one half bath in the house.

Here are four figurines that I absolutely love.  It's been a long time since they've been pulled out of storage and I am so excited that I have them finally out of their boxes.  This is not a great photo...and I should have edited it...but here it is.

Nice to see pictures of your house. The baby's room is my favorite. :)
